Dolphins frontrunner for WR Kashif Montgomery?

I'm not entirely sure, either. Is he supplemental draft eligible?
 
This guy reeaaally sounds like a longshot just because he showed up at a pro day and ran fast means nothing. I would sign him just because we have pretty much nothing to lose buy doing so.

However, if Jeff Ireland does one thing well......thats finding diamonds in the rough. Cam Wake, Dan Carpenter, Davone Bess to say a few. Even some of his late round picks have been known to be solid contributors.

Roflmao! Yet all those players come from a time frame that Parcells gets the blame for Hrnne,, Merling, Turner, Wilson, Smiley, Grove, Turner, White, and the list goes on!
 
Never heard of the guy and the article does a good job of writing him up as the next Jerry Rice.

I just don't like the fact that he's been away for a while from football, we all know what usually happens to those players (i.e. Mike Williams).

I don't know what this kid did after High School, BUT I coached against the kid and can tell you he was a 1 man show for CF high here in RI. Kid is fast as all outside and was a great great talent. He wasnt the smartest kid but and unbelievable talent. I watched the kid in a basketball game take off from one step inside the foul line and dunk.

I wish him the best!!!!

Eh, the only picks you can truly attribute to Bill Parcells are Henne, White, Langford and Merling. Those were players that I remember Bill distinctly saying (immediately after their drafts, mind you) where Bill said, these guys fit my formula and they are what I look for. Henne had his four years starting, x% passes completed, etc.

Henne was so-so, Merling was meh, Langford was a stud, White was a complete disaster

edit: attribute SOLELY to Parcells (or mainly... whatever.)

Isn't there some rule that if you drop out of college as a freshman you have to sit out a year or 2 before you are eligable.
 
Hey guys this might sound crazy but I know the kid personally. We are both from central falls rhode island although I am 5 years older I was on the cf panthers youth football staff. This kid is a go and get em' talent. Fast with long arms and crazy yac. Although he played here in division 4 ri football but you were able to see his raw talents. The kid was also nasty in basketball. I hope he signs with the fins. He is a huge patriots fan though but who cares. Hope he gets the phone call. I'll definetly let him know he was the subject of talk in this thread. Up here in central falls he's known as sheefy. Hoola at him I'm sure you'll get his attention!
