Dolphins going O-line in draft!

that was updated december 12th, its january 9th now, and alot had changed, and also we dont pick at 14 nemore, but i dont think we will go o-line in the 1st round, if we do it will be in the late rounds,
 
hmm i dont know, i think if chad greenways available when we pick saban would take a long hard look at him... but of all the tackles that would be available aorund that area (scott, mcneill, winston) i think id go with scott... i wouldn't be mad at that pick at all...
 
That mock is garbage. It doesn't even have Vince Young in it. LOL @ Jay Cutler going 3rd overall. I mean, I think he's good but he'll be a 10-16 overall pick.

when was the last time a UM first round pick for the dolphins worked out? i would take the texas tackle before winston, but i also don't think that OL is 1st round unless they maybe trade down for additional picks
 
First off, its not a good mock and its old.... second, next time put the draft stuff in the draft forum
 
If Cutler isn't there, an OT would be my next choice.
 
It's simply way too premature and doesn't get Nick Saban's offense. That said, it is not out of the question that we go OL in the draft. It's just that there will be so much that will happen in workouts, combine, interviews, etc. before the draft.

2 out of 3 mock drafts i checked say we are taking jay cutler at 16, the other states OL. I believe if cutler is available, that's who we take. If not than OL is or CB are the strôngest possiblities.
 
cutler will NOT be left at #16. A guy that is being compared to Brett Favre will not be sitting there in the middle of the first round.

Wow, you should really chill out. Let the mods tell him where to post his threads. It is a Dolphins related thread, and while I agree it should be posted in the draft forum, it really is not your responsibility to tell him anything.
 
Simply said we should draft whats available at CB, if it be Jimmy Williams or Michael Huff, if they're not there we should pick Winston. Take Omar Jacobs in the second and pcik up T.O.... LOL. I'm sorry I haven't slept...

When was the last time any UM player did anything for the Dolphins?

Now obviously had we been able to pick a Michael Irvin, or Clinton Portis, or Ray Lewis, or Warren Sapp-- then it would be a different story. Instead we get stuck with the Yatil Greens, Vernon Careys, and (blast from the past) Andre Browns of the world.
 
i'am still betting cutler wll go the the dam jets.
