Dolphins have meeting set (Update: No meeting set or even planned)

Nah I think the meeting with Ari is tonight... back to miami tomorrow morning... talks with ross sunday night or monday morning and an announcement monday evening

your right because peyton said he wanted to have his new team picked before the begin of FA and that starts Tuesday so imo we will all know barreing no set backs or the weather turns bad exc. we all should know where peyton will be playing by late monday or very early tuesday .

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reports that Peyton Manning has no free agent visits scheduled beyond Saturday night's flight to Arizona.

The Chiefs may hope Manning stops by their facility on his way back east, but for now there are no plans for that. He's meeting with the Cardinals and then it's back to Miami, likely for a pitstop at Manning's vacation spot before or after a visit with Dolphins brass. Multiple reports Saturday did indicate Manning's Broncos meeting was "productive," but in our experience with free agent tours, it's always a bad sign when a player leaves a town unsigned.

I like the part in bold. It is very true a lot of times in these situations.
I guess Laconfara hasnt been briefed on the dolphins meeting with Peyton.
Finheaven will go into meltdown mode if he stops by KC before coming home to Miami.

other than clayton does anyone else mention a meeting for us.Clayton says we have one and laconfora says no other visits after cards. My head hurts.

Dolphins should sign manning, wayne, and clark. Saturday is too old and they should keep pouncey at center. dolphins actually need a qb, wr, and a te so it all fits.
fasano will be cut. dolphins will draft a quality second te and draft a qb in 5th or later round. marshall and long must restructure. brll will be cut.

first pick will be pass rusher. then oline. then cb. then S. then te again. then qb. then bpa.

While I think that is true with most UFA situations about leaving unsigned, I don't think it is much of a sign with Manning.

First off Manning is looking at more things then money, what are you bring in, type of O, situations play a big part for him. Also QB's like him are just different then any other player, very very rare to be on the market.

Another big factor is this is not like the regular UFA period. Teams want answers faster in a reg UFA period so they can move on to someone else. Its one of those if we can't come to an agreement now we will move on to other players. Right now Manning and teams both know there are no other options available at the moment. Its not like there is a ton of guys becoming UFA at once with all teams having options A,B,C,D,E,and F in mind already and are under the gun to get things done.

I see it a little different. I dont think Clark is neccessary. I think Clay is your Clark. I also think getting Saturday in here for a one year deal would be good. Pouncey's weakness is his snaps. Albeit he wasnt terrible but he had his snafu's here and there. What Manning does at the LOS will be tough for Pouncey to get used to. Saturday gives us that trusting relationship and you can move Pouncey to G and suddenly all you need is a RT (Reiff, sorry, but biggest weakness right now). Its Clark that is odd man out to me unless they decide they can get him to a cheap deal.

Why did they edit the title.. It came from clayton... not like it was made up
