Interesting question on FH's poster's past picks.

man i wish we had hired Todd Bowles instead of Failbin. really makes me think twice about letting Campbell walk.

For me, I loved the JJ pick and not Wanny. Past that, no strong opinion on any of the others. Although, I must admit having some faith in the "Tuna Trio."

Mike Shanahan

What year was that?

Hard to believe that over the past 20 years, and 7 HC's, the only one with a winning record is Bowles at 2-1.

Never liked the Cameron and Philbin hires, both look like nutless pricks

First huge mistake was begging Jimmy Johnson to stay when he clearly wanted out. Second huge mistake was allowing him to anoint Wannstedt as his successor. And since then, only mistakes have followed.

MANY mistakes since hiring JJ for sure. He was the no-brainer at the time and did ok here, but his downfall, other than burn out, was a weaker supporting coaching staff than the one he had in Dallas.
Saban, at the time was the right hire, but...him getting scared of possibly failing, and then his sudden departure really created a bunch of problems that we simply have not recovered from.

As I recaal, JJ's biggest problem was dealing with the salary cap. Can only imagine what he would do in our current cap situation. He may be the only one I would say can turn the team around quickly.
