The Dolphins are reportedly high on second-year TE Joey Haynos.
Haynos, a raw 6'8/270-pounder, was seen as an offensive tackle prospect by some coming out of Maryland in 2008. Haynos caught a touchdown pass as a rookie, but will probably never be more than a situational No. 2 tight end.

I was really excited when the Dolphins picked up Haynos. The kid has excellent size and athleticism to play TE, but I think Joey has to bulk up. "He seemed very slim during the season and I think he might of struggled with blocking, but I could see why the Dolphins are high on the kid. He has had all offseason to bulk up and has one year under his belt and did show some flashes last year. If Brown throws a good pass in the Jets game, Haynos would have had two TDs this past season
I still think Miami picks up a TE in the draft. They have showed interest in guys like Jared Cook, Richard Quinn, Dan Gronkowski ( Haynos' Teammate) , James Casey ( WildCat Specialist), Cornelius Ingram, Chris Zellner and Jon Nalbone. Fasano and Martin are both Free Agents next year and while I think Miami signs Fasano long term they could also draft a TE to replace him next year.
Im not saying Haynos days are numbered, but come TC Miami will have plenty of competation at TE.
