Unless Houston significantly lowers there asking price then it's all but certain that deal isn't happening.
 
I'm very much hoping this points to Dorsey as OC. Also with Dorsey doing such great work with Allen if he comes in and does the same for Tua he's is not long term OC. Frye could be a great internal option eventually as OC

The good teams have systems in place where that doesn't effect them which is what I see Flores doing here with the recent offensive hires.

Agree and I hope this is the plan. Hire guys that are good enough to move on/up
 
Hopefully Miami doesn't lose Studsville, if indeed they hire someone from outside as the new OC.
