Dolphins in danger of not having coach for Sr. Bowl?

Ireland is there and he is the guy calling the shots. He made his name in the NFL as a scout. Not the biggest deal in my opinion. The senior bowl is 1% of what these players do anyway. You need to look at the college game tape to get a real idea anyway.

This is where Jeff Fisher comes into play. Maybe Ross had alterior motives in his coaching search. Knowing the Rams wouldn't outbid Ross for Fishers services, maybe Ross allowed the Rams to acquire Fisher in exchange for a draft day deal that would net us the 2nd pick of the draft. Maybe Fisher was so high on Jeff Ireland because of their ability to get a deal done so quickly......wink wink

I dont think any QB in the draft is worth 3 1sts... So too all those who wanted us to win meaningless games, are you now seeing how bad it has affected our future that we won those games

You get Manning -only- if you believe the Dolphins will win a Superbowl with him in the next two years. Otherwise, waste of time.

If we get Manning and our offensive line decides to again allow
50+ sacks my money would be on Manning becoming a cripple before
he gets a chance at a superbowl

yeah..seeing guys head to head at the senior bowl absolutely matters...but you could get plenty of tape from the weeks festivities and never set foot in mobile...heck many teams gms and coaches don't even attend

imo the ones that dont attend are say the packers new england exc, because there not in need of alot of places of need imo we cant afford to do what other teams that dont show up because we are in need of more than 2-3 players and we need to attend all we can , and in this case we are in more need to be there and ireland needs to scout the 3-4 and the 4-3 players because of not haveing a coach in place and which defence we are going to play , so imo its going to be very important to be there.

imo i bet those same guys are now saying wow how could be be rooting for our team to pick 9th and not go anywhere instead of giving up a couple games to pick 1st or maybe 2nd ? so now if we want to move up to 2nd we need to fork over 2-3 1st round picks .
