No studs. Seau is too banged up to impact a game. Zach can be blocked and run at (vs around), JT can be schemed out...what's left? Nothing.
Offense...no playmakers...a promising Rook, a recovering All Pro RB in RW, but still not where he was...no supporting cast.
No QB. Look at the teams that struggled yesterday, even Pittsburg struggled because of QB play.

the only team I can think of that has talent at QB and is struggling was Philly, but they lost ugly with their #2.
No QB + No WR's + No defense = 3-16 period.
I didn't expect playoffs like many of the homers on this page but I did expect 8-8 with progressive improvement throughout the season, not the collapse we are all seeing.
Saban may not be to blame entirely, but he is ultimately accountable.
