i'm still hearing NY Jets in the mix for receiver James Jones along with NY Giants, Miami Dolphins and a fourth team...Detroit Lions no more
 
I have no interest in adding a free agent receiver. I'm happy with Wallace, Hartline, and Gibson as our top 3.

Well then you're satisfied with having no red zone threat and not scoring touchdowns. With that said none of the free agent receivers interest me as well.
 
I would personally prefer Nicks for a year to see what he could do. He would be a big red zone and seam threat.
 
Jones worked with Philbin right?

James Jones to Dolphins speculation isn't new -- ESPN Insiders mentioned it as possibility yesterday.
 
While I don't believe we need to even look at WRs, I'm on board with this if he comes cheap. He's a good bargain.

I get the feeling....any team with money to spend is going to be mentioned as a possible landing place for a FA....most rumors are put out by agents hoping to drive the price of their client up...
