Dolphins' Injury History Since 2022

I wonder a few things:

1) is it because they’re okay are the smallest team in the league?

2)is it due to poor training?

3)is it partially due to weather differences? (When you’re used to warmer weather, you could be more tense when playing in the cold, than someone who’s used to the colder weather. Making it easier to get injured.)

4) is it a combination of all of these things?

What changes can be made?
I do think the practice routine is partly to blame. It's a physical game and physical practices seem like a must.

I never considered the weather to be a factor, and I'm not sure if Miami is smaller than most teams.

Of course, Grier has also taken more chances on players with prior injuries including Tua, Phillips, Chubb etc.

Somebody told me they had nine offensive starters who played in every game last season. That's gotta help.

Two years ago they had the same starting 5 OL start all 17 games. That’s nuts.

Where as we get our QBs career derailed by a dirty hit by one of their players. I’m am super thankful that karma has come for Milano. Love watching that guy get hurt.

And

Our most talented defensive player has essentially had his promising career ruined by injuries.

We lost Connor Williams in the prime of his career, who himself was also an elite performer.

Losing Hill in the first quarter of that Titans game really altered that result. Mix in the loss of Chubb and it’s pretty brutal.

It is what is.

People want to say they’re excuses, nah, they’re reasons.

their training practices and methods are a joke imo so I’m sure it doesn’t change during the regular season

There is no Callous being formed

We have a new strength and conditioning coach that I like so hopefully the head coach changes his ways

I posted a thread about a month or so ago with a link that showed that the average weight of players the Dolphins has in the lowest in the league. I’m sure that ranking changes yearly, but for what they had last year, they were the lightest.

Interesting. I can definitely see that at the skill positions.
