Jets to Rolle out Samari at nickel back?
Samari Rolle | Ravens | Interested: Titans? Jets? Jaguars? Dolphins? Cowboys?
Samari Rolle is slated to visit with the New York Jets on Friday, according to Rich Cimini of the New York Daily News.
Rolle is familiar with new head coach Rex Ryan, as both were with the Baltimore Ravens in 2008, a season where Rolle was limited to 10 games due to a shoulder injury, but managed 27 tackles, three interceptions and one forced fumble. With the Jets, Rolle will likely be slotted third or fourth on the cornerback depth chart, and will see action primarily as a nickel back. Other teams rumored to be interested in taking a look at Rolle include the Dallas Cowboys, Jacksonville Jaguars, Miami Dolphins and the Tennessee Titans. Rolle began his career in Tennessee, and his one Pro Bowl selection was in 2000 with the Titans. Rolle is a Miami native, so the Dolphins might make sense as well, especially given the team's great need at the position. Both the Dolphins and Titans have hosted free agent DeMarcus ***gins, most recently a member of the Houston Texans.
I Got this article from ESPN insider again its simply speculation i just wanted to share it. Im sure the jets will end up getting him like they ahve got every other ex raven.
