Dolphins interview Mora.

I think Mora would be great with Miami.

A new start a Chance to prove himself along with CPep. Its a good mix.

Mora may or may not be a good coach....
But he has a problem starting off well at the begining of the season
and then fading.....Ala Wanny.....

If he is hired as the new HC, his contract should be structured like this:

$100,000 per year in actual salary.
The rest of the money that Wayne agrees to pay him is considered a contract completion bonus, but payable in equal yearly installments over the length of the contract.
If Mora leaves before completing his contract, all contract completion bonus money paid would have to be returned to the Dolphins.

His statements about Wash. State worry me.

So do I. He's a young coach who learned a lot from his experience in Atlanta.
Anyone but Chan Gailey. I couldn't believe it when I heard his name mentioned.

Now I remember why I quit posting on this board during the season...people who have no clue what they are talking about.

Mora is NOT a good coach and would be an abosolutely horrible fit in Miami.

Mora said that comment was a joke. He was on a radio show hosted by a good friend of his and it was all in jest.

Yeah, no up front/signing bonus money. Make whoever they hire
EARN it....

I can relate to that... Read my post, #6...

Have you heard the interview? Sure did not sound like a joke to me. After all that has happened to us with Dick Saban do you really want to get another coach who's dream job is in College. I don't! Mora Jr. is just waiting for the Washington job to open up. If Wayne goes with this guy I would definately question his decision making.

I know he said it was a joke. Saban said he would not be the next HC at Alabama. GWB said there were WMD in Iraq. Clinton said he did not have sex with that woman.

People lie to cover their butts.

Even if it was a joke....doesnt say much for the guy's intelligence to say something like that on the radio.
So Mora is either a major flight risk, or he's kinda stupid.

And if you believe that, you didn't listen to the interview or can't spot a con artist when you hear one. :sidelol:
