agreed. and im surprised (although i shouldnt be) by how many people in here have spoken out about how we were dumb to get rid of ricky and ronnie. listen i loved those guys. but it wasnt a TERRIBLE decision, and there were many factors. and neither of them is the guy anymore thats going to get us 100 yards on any given sunday afternoon.

to be honest is kinda looked EASY for thomas. that was impressive. especially considering the point you brought up

these guys are gonna get bush run out of town as well cause they dont know how the hell to use him. for starters if he is only gonna play 30 snaps a game u think maybe u might want to give him a couple extra touches in the return game??? especially since we BLOW there???

its already happening.. "bush cant run between the tackles" blah blah blah. and walter payton cant throw the ball SO WHAT! why WOULD you ask him to throw it??

and bush CAN run between the tackles, but they need to run the right plays. how about some draws? how about we use him a little bit like new england uses woodhead? give the line time to open some holes that he can run through? allow the play to develop? the guy can run between the tackles - hes just not going to break arm tackles by DT very well. we understand this. just use him right. before the fans get on his *** because he sucks.

reggie bush clearly does not suck. if he fails to produce it because we didnt understand how to use him correctly. he needs 20 touches a game

I'd get them both on the field 75% of the time. Thomas also had a 10 yd catch.

to be fair when given the chance Ricky still put up plenty of 100 yard games in 2009 when he took over as starter for an injured brown. The FO decided to start Brown last year nad did not give Ricky one start . Ricky ran the ball quite well last year and in 2009 while starting less than half of the games put up the best season by a dolphin running back since his 2002 season

You are 100% correct.

Ricky was a better runner than Ronnie, pure and simple. I'll bet if he was still here and was given an adequate amount of carries, he'd still be a 1200 yard back. Ricky always hits the hole and runs hard. No dancing like Ronnie.

We finally a QB throw for over 400 yards one week, then a running back rush for over 100 yards the next week...and still lost both games. This damn team...
