Martins play was terrible, crying to his Mommy instead of the coach is a wus move, having Mommy take this to authorities shows how weak this kid actually is....talk to the coach about it, your agent, position coach, etc.

This was a personal issue Martin had with Cog and never went to any team official about it. Martin has taken a personal issue he had with a teammate a pulled the organization into the mud.

This kid should never play another down in the NFL.

But you see what Martin knows is that decision is not for you to make.

This bears repeating over and over. What we are hearing is very old-school fraternity like. It's just not accepted anymore.

Flawed fraternity-like at that.

I have yet to be apart of something successful when the group dynamic is obsessed with divisiveness and exploitation. Theres always going to be competitiveness and one-upmanship between team members in sports, the point is being able to work together towards the betterment for the unit. If you kick someone your suppose to pick them up afterwards.

Why in gods name would anyone on that line come together? Why risk putting your neck out with everyone else ready to come down on you? And with people so focused on avoiding the ridicule of their "peers"(i use that lightly in regards to Richie), they were never going to play with any sort of trust. This was dysfunctional. Why should we waste time on something that wasnt going to help us win games?

Because, everyone should tolerate abuse in workplace otherwise lose the right to make a living. smh.

Why didn't he hold on to the voicemails and txts for 7 months and try and use them to come to some sort of resolution?

He shouldnt have needed to. Which was one of the points of this thread.

A potential lack of leadership was a big concern of mine in the offseason.
