Jaylon Smith has suffered a knee injury described as significant by his coach....guess we go corner

That could play into their hands, actually... Maybe he drops to the 2nd, depending on the severity of the injury?

Terrible break for the kid. He is an absolute stud.

Darren Lee is going to fly up boards. Myles Jack if he can prove his health will be up there too.

Hes not a mike so dont sweat it...joey bosa is easily the best looking player i have seen during this 2 day major bowl run...if we get to 3 and bosa is there regardless of what we resign in free agency take that kid

Period

43 de and kick inside package option

I agree. Lightning cannot strike 3X. (Bosa/Kumerow)
He might be the next Watt

I dont think hes watt cause i think you waste him as 5 tech but hes as good a 43 de prospect in both phases as you will find...i think that kids a no brainer

MacKensie Alexander is going to rise of draft boards and I would not be shocked if he goes ahead of Hargreaves. Love Alexander.

Bosa may be an excellent NFL player, but he won't be J.J Watt. Mentally he seems like a normal human being, J.J is not.

I have some ties to Wisconsin's program, and J.J was almost disliked because of his work ethic, and fact that he literally never is not focused on football.

A couple of hours after the Iowa game his junior year (huge game that UW won by 1 point in dramatic fashion) someone who is routinely around the players (not media) asked J.J if he was going out with the team to celebrate the win later. "**** that, I can drink when I retire."

His work ethic is Michael Jordan/Jerry Rice-esque.

Bosa goes before Miami picks. That is a non factor.

Punch in the gut for the guy. Maybe he will be okay with being young and advances in the surgery.

Because every us so much success drafting injured players... Although that is our mantra

I think scheme matters for bosa and where he goes...you could take him as a 5 tech cause he takes on double teams so well although his arms dont look 34 de long or you could take him as a 34 olb although imo you get your best bang for your buck with him going forward every down...a 43 de...i would think first 43 team that doesnt have an immediate qb dire need on the clock runs that card up

thats an ideal 43 de

Such a shame. Love the way that kid plays. Top athlete. Ugh two best LBers coming off knee injuries. Rough. Maybe he does make it to our 2nd pick. We're not going anywhere. We could afford the time to rehab him. Bosa's going first non-QB pick. It's really not worth even considering. Jalen Ramsey should be our first option now.

Im also pretty confident someones gonna take a chance on goff in front of us if theres a qb needy team...i question his arm a little outside the numbers but i think if his timings right he will be alright with it but nfl qb needy gms are gonna love that damn foot work and always on balance as a result

If he shows he can handle traditional drops during team work outs i think its a given goff goes first qb needy team
