Dolphins Mailbag: Where Are the Solutions and Are Major Changes Coming?

Glad Miami cut McKinney

Such a bonehead move cutting him or even trading for him in the first place if he was that expendable. Same thing with Matt Skura. Not sure if to blame Flores or Grier there, I am starting to wonder what kind of grasp does Flores have on the personnel side of things.

I'm not sure why we got rid of half the players we did? Makes no sense and was out of nowhere.

When you see a team making so many moves that seem to make no sense imo that's a sign of a team that has no real vision as to what they want to do. You see it with al the coaching changes and you see it with players getting moved around so much. The people in charge were given a blank canvas with tons of high picks and money to spend in free agency......they should have been a plan in place for building the team but it seems to me they don’t have a vision or else, we wouldn’t have 4 OC's in 3 years and 4 o-line coaches. Most of the free agents have been a waste of money leaving a lot of dead money and as far as draft picks, you can't keep on missing on day one and two and expect to win the division.

I had a feeling all the coaching changes where going to be the undoing of Brian Flores. To me it indicates potential personality conflicts. O'Shea had the offense humming in those last 9 games of 2019. Never understood his firing.

I think that O’Shea would have been the most creative OC out of all that we have had. Flo should have kept him.
