Im really happy he signed a 5 year deal! I hope he's a force for years to come :D
 
i don't see roth playing out all 5 years of that contract. 3 years probably then he'll ask for a bigger one. Seriously, as of right now hes making less then a million a year.

Also says that Vickerson's deal is for two years instead of the four year deal they said yesterday he would get. Looks like his actions costed him two years.
 
If Kevin Vickerson shapes up and shows that he deserves a spot on this team, then he'll get a longer contract. I am actually glad we got him in the seventh round. Now all he has to do is put up or shut up.
 
I wonder why Pape didn't report, that's not like him based on getting to know him thought his diary while in NFLE this spring..What's up..did the staff tell him he didn't have a shot?

Oh im positive theres a reasonable explanation for that. I doubt Huock would EVER turned down a big able bodied player.
 
we must sign a CB soon since we only have five active CBs (Madison, Daniels, Howard, Edwards, Roundtree)
 
PUP lIST inthe preseason doesnt mean anyhting. After the final roster cuts it will mean something

And if we choose to keep him after that, we just slap the exclusive rights tender on him, making him our property for another year.
 
All I remember is seeing the Profile for Eddie Moore, and it saying that his "projected" status was Undrafted, and we waste a second on him. Wannstedt era is over, and this team can survive without Moore who never did anything for us.
 
I was really pulling for Atari Bigby and I'm sad to see him released. Hopefully he won't wind up on one of our rivals teams and end up being a stud in the NFL.
 
How the heck do you get waived like this on the first day the team meets?

I really thought Bigby had a shot at making this roster...oh well :cry:
 
Correct me if i am wrong, but does that mean that Chris Akins, Larry Chester, Eddie Moore and Will Poole won't be able to return until week 6?
