Who cares about what his 40 time was, as long as it wasn't in the 5's it doesn't matter. The difference between a 4.6 and a 4.3 is like a step. Good route running can make up for that easily.

That's a slight exaggeration....there is after all a reason why you don't see too many dominant WRs that run a 4.6 but a lot that are under 4.5
