"[While] everybody is on vacation and stuff, I was here watching film, lifting weights and running, getting myself ready to have not only a breakout season but the best season a tight end has ever had here for the Dolphins," McMichael said.
 
He worked out during the offseason? Must be a contract year.

Actully one of the first front office moves Saban made, was resigning McMichael to a 4 year extension last year. McMike is going to be a Fin for at least 3 more seasons.
 
i really think he will most definately benefit from cpep.i can see mcmike having a huge year with near double digit td's
 
i was impressed when randy didnt beat his old lady 2 weeks before camp again this year
 
i wish he wood put up numbers like gates and gonzalez ..... that wood be sick
