well one area where we have quality personnel is on special teams. We used a lot of resources there so as big of a loss as it is to lose your captain . . . we should be able to manage.
Tough loss for the kick units.

Thomas is such a serious student of the game.
He is a very important piece of both the special teams and depth - even when the Dolphins were awful earlier this year I was not finding myself angry at him. He rarely makes stupid mental errors.

Not that Thomas won't be missed, but Aikens is turning into a pretty decent special teamer imo
