Take this for what it is worth ut the same guy who told me Pat White would sign Saturday told me the following..

*Jason Allen struggled mightily in the after-noon season so badly that he looks to be out as a Dolphins. Despite being a solid special teams player Allen was beaten twice on long bombs today (Greg Camarillo and Davone Bess). Allen has struggled and three coaching regime's have all been unimpressed with Allen. I expect Vontae Davis, Sean Smith, Nathan Jones, Will Allen, and Eric Green to make the team and Allen to get the axe.

*Matt Roth is indeed in the dog-house and signing JT might have been a brilliant move. I like Matt Roth but you do not lie to your coach. Sparano is not happy in all. In honor of Roth I will wear his jersey tomorrow BUT I do think this could effect his chances of being resigned. Jerry Hughes, out of TCU, is the number one player I want in the draft and now thats even more solid.

*The Dolphins are going to be forced to keep 6 receivers and Brian Hartline is a lock. He plays very well in special teams and is gifted as a route runner

Nothing too crazy but it seems Jason Allen is officially on notice

Allen was beaten twice: first deep by Greg Camarillo, who was five yards behind Allen, and next by Davone Bess on a comeback route with Allen nowhere in sight.
Allen, a former first-round pick looking to make the team, likely is competing with Nate Jones and Joey Thomas for two spots.

completely agree. It was the same for the Pat White "insider info". It was already reported a deal was already structured, and the picks before and after White had already signed.

Crazy,

Take a second and let the information process. I clearly indicated that Pat White would be a Dolphin by midnight on Saturday. The Post said by Sunday. Also, I am not reporting that Allen had a practice as I stating that he is going toget cut as he has fallen behind Nathan Jones and Joey Thomas on the depth chart. Allen's lack of progress has discouraged the coaching staff. Having a ad practice and getting cut are different. Pennington had a pretty bad day but he isn't going anywhere
