Nick Saban will talk about some team related stuff
enjoy watching
 
boy does it get u a little excited though. esp. watching highlights of brown then highlights of williams and the thought of having both in the backfield.

imo its all up to the oline. if the oline holds up there is no reason the qb's cant perform.
 
Stupid ESPN.

They did a segment on us on NFL Live AT THE SAME EXACT TIME that they were interviewing Dan Marino on ESPN News.

They ran the same exact times too.

It was like they did it on purpose. Just unbelievable.
 
They just pretty much talked about Saban, and how they are giving him credit for being "the new sheriff in town" and how he's judging people for himself...a la Ricky...a la Boston.Nothing none of us didn't know. It's nice to see them give Saban some props though. Espn can be umm.....well say unfair to the Fins alot...from what i see. Cheers.

Well, I heard bits and pieces of both, because I was switching back and forth. :shakeno:

You would think ESPN would know that Dolphins fans would be interested in both segments.


...anyway, Dan was just talking about how he wanted to keep the Hall of Fame Celebration with in the family, and he's happy to have his son do his keynote speech.

He also said that Nick Saban was the right choice and the team is going in the right direction.

it was pretty much a summary of the actual offseason progress.

Coach talked about why he choose Ronnie over Caddy
Reasons were
  • Better OVR Running Back concerning blocking, catching ...
  • More of a "I run over you" type of back compared to Caddy
On the Question if Ricky will share reps with Ronnie
  • Pretty much so real response. The typical Saban answers ;)
On the relation between Bellichick and him
  • always been friends
  • coach learned a lot form BB
  • Coach hopes their relation wont suffer since they both coach in the same division
John Clayon said that Wright will be a steal for the Dolphins. He thinks Saban is the right coach for him.

So much for now ...
 
In the beginning of the show they mentioned news and notes and talked about manny wright for a bit. They said to pick a possible first round talent with a 5th round pick could be a MAJOR steal. They mentioned that he has the same upside as the 2 first round dt's that have been ahead of him on USC d-line the past couple years, maybe more. They said this was a no risk move with high rewards.
