Miami should go back to an aggressive 4-3. Further, I am not really all that found of a retread.

While watching the early game on CBS, today, It dawned on me. Perry Fewell.

G-men lead the league in sacks through the start of play today.

Fewell IMO got snubbed by the Bills after he did a decent job as Interim HC so he has some motivation to come back to the AFCE.

It would be tough saying goodbye, but I think I'd get over it.

I've suggested Perry Fewell before. Under the radar kind of guy thats hungry and knows the game. My fear with Gruden is whether he's willing to go through the pains of building a champion. Is he still hungry and willing to be in the office at 3:30 am like before and outwork every other coach? I don't think so. Could be wrong but I have a feeling that Gruden is out to prove he's a winner and not willing to go the distance in building a winner. He's experienced in both highest and lowest points of coaching. He'll just go through the motions if he misses early.

This team needs a real GM first then a head coach.
