Dolphins not on tv in tampa?

How come the Miami-New England game isn't avaiable in the tampa bay area? its supposed to be a doubleheader weekend for CBS but instead they have sports bloopers on and no 1pm game at all. WHYYY?????

Probably because the Bucs are playing at 1:00PM, and they want all they folks that live in the "Tampa Bay area" to be viewing the Bucs, even though they're horrible.
