Dolphins, not Redskins, selected the right QB in 2012 draft

I wouldn't lie, I really wanted RGIII in that draft; but I'm also a 'wait and see' type of person. I didn't disparage the pick (Ryan Tannehill), but was hopeful they could pull something off to get RG. Glad to say I (and not the organization) was wrong about that.

You know if we picked 2nd we would have taken RG3 too lol. I think we can all drop the Suck for Luck thing now because it could have ended up WAY WORSE

james walker still doesnt understand tannehills headed towards elite

Not clicking anything BSPN, but I think it's safe to assume this wasn't written by . . . I forgot his name so I googled, "ESPN old dumbass white TV guy" . . . Skip Bayless.

RG3 was the better pick at the time, his rookie year was nfl history making...injuries has slowed his progress, but his time is up in DC we cant't wait any longer..tannehill will not come close to doing what RG3 did in 2012,it was RG3 all day everyday that year in the media and it was because of his performance...tannehill can't carry RG3 jock from the year he had in 2012...so hype tannehill all you want let him get you to the playoffs first,RG3 did it his rookie year on a bad team...That's how dominate he was!!

The rookie year is famous for being the most important year of every players career

I was very loudly and on record that I wanted nothing to do with RG3. I knew he was a spread only QB and had shot knees before he ever got his diploma. The guy was always one good hit away from being a bust.

I wasn't sure about Tannehill but I campaigned for him leading up the draft and the only thing that concerned me was that he'd be gone by the time we picked - not unlike the situation this past draft with Devante Parker.

Not many outside Miami do. One of the myopic's that I hang out with in Patriot land called him mediocre the other day. I laughed at him.

Why? What exactly has he actually done to prove otherwise? Hopefully he continues to improve, but calling him mediocre SO FAR is accurate. He has the tools to be really good, but so far his college and pro career have been very average.
