Dolphins now focused on TE Cameron and CB McCain

Love Jordan Cameron and would be over the moon with that switch. Clay just isn't your prototypical TE, he's more a big receiver with decent route running who doesn't threaten down the seam and relies on his movement to get open. I don't think he's someone who's going to go up and win the ball in a contest. I have no issue with Miami not getting in a pissing contest with the Bills over him. Cameron however is that prototypical TE. Big, vertical threat that gives us a much better option in the Red Zone. Him and Sims in tandem would be a total nightmare for defences and he's precisely what our young QB needs. A guy he can look for when the wall's closing in. Providing his medical checks out, go get him.

So impressed with Hickey by the way. Almost every move since his arrival I find myself nodding my head.

Not a fan of this. It would have to be a "prove it" type of deal for me. The concussion thing worries me . . . once they start, they usually don't stop.

He's a good TE but I'm worry after what happened last year. We got a bunch of guys in free agency with injury history and every single one of them got hurt. I'm willing to take a chance on one but that's it.

Ozzy rules!!

Brice McCain is uninspiring. Absolutely just a slot guy...Patrick Robinson would be better since he can actually play outside potentially.

But Patrick is a pedestrian talent. We actually need a good slot cover guy and unlike Robinson, he is a ball hawk!! We really need that.

I would take him all day over Robinson.

Cameron is literally 1 or 2 hits away from ending his career.

i just youtubed McCain and hes the dude that mike vick juked out jesus christ seems like the phillip wheelers of corners

He is actually 3 hits away.

And also, philbin doesn't choose or sign players. Not with Ireland or Hickey.

Again folks, if your going to continual bash philbin, at least get get it right!!

If his brain isn't completely scrambled at this point, Jordan Cameron is a top 5 tight end talent in the league.

I'd be all about bringing him in on a one year deal, Clay returning or not.

I'm fine with bringing him in cheap because we have no choice.

But his concussion problems are legit, it won't take much To out him out, it's bound to happen.

IF the medical staff says "okay", this is an easy decision on Cameron.

Of course they'll say ok lol . . . he isn't concussed right now.

We won't know if this is a good move or not until the season is over. But one thing is for sure . . . once you start having the concussions on a more "regular" basis . . . they usually don't stop.

This isn't an ACL or a shoulder.

That is not true. They can look at his history of baseline testing. Compare it to where he is now and what not.

At the end of the day, it is always safer to let the med staff/experts to determine health versus us speculating on Finheaven.

You are right, they can do some more in depth testing to get a better prognosis.

But my point is, once you start having concussions on a more "frequent basis" in the NFL, it usually remains a problem. I don't believe anybody will truly know his condition until he shows he can make it through an entire NFL season.

I like Cameron as a backup option at te.

I don't like McCain though and the options at lb and cb are concerning. Guard is concerning

We can't adress all of these during the draft so as much as fanboys want to applaud suh and get on anybody who doesn't sing praises for the offseason so far, I am not a fan. free agents have dried up and cb, wr, g, lb and te we still have issues at.
