With the addition of these nine, by rule, it means three players have been released by the Dolphins. I wonder which three got the ax.

Um, no? Teams are allowed 80 some players during the training camp period.

We had something like 47 players at the end of the season, with three on the IR and eight on the practice squad. That's 58. I know we signed or traded for something like 10 players, that's 68. We drafted eight and promptly cut Beck, so that's 75. Am I missing players?
 
I think one of the CBs could be on the chopping block (Babers and Billingsley). Ditto Courtney Bryan.

75 + the 9 UDFA's.

I just updated the depth chart with the 9 new undrafted free agents. Take a look at it here:

As you will see, this team currently has 83 players. Three over the limit.

Beck does not count. We still have three over even after the Beck release. We are not cuttings guys like Wilford or Ginn. There won't be any big name releases. Think of guys like Lowber, Chris Brown, Babers, Billingsley, etc.
