“I don’t think it’s any different than any other year,” DeGuglielmo said, via the Palm Beach Post. “Every year is unique. Every year serves you up its own set of problems. Think about [2017]. A unique situation as well. My situation last year was unique. Every situation has problems. And they’re exclusive. It also has benefits. It’s hard to really say exactly how things will work out in the end, and that’s the pleasure of the game. You work it. You work hard every day.”

The part that sucks is this......Flores did the right thing about picking 5 starters and working them together the whole preseason. That's how the O-line gets to gel. The problem is that now those 5 starters that has been working together are not the same 5 starters so it's like starting over. I'm pretty sure that Deiter, kilgore and Davis will stay where they've been. Just a matter of who starts at RG and LT and getting snaps together.

Pretty sure Davis has been pegged to start at LT Sunday, already. I THINK he played LT when Leramy Tunsil was banged up a few times under Gase. As I recall, it was not a complete disaster.

Imo that'd be a mistake. Why make two positions weaker instead of just one? He needs to stay at RT along with the other 3 guys. It's ok to have a new guy but having two would be harder. Prince has some potential but he's not ready to start at RT just yet. The right move would have been to start Sterup at LT since he knows the offense at least and has played next to Deiter in the preseason but he'd have to get promoted to the 53 in order for that to happen.

Yep. I wonder if anyone outside the staff will know before Sunday? lol

What the over/under on Googs posting a video of himself snorting coke in the office?

I would say doubtful, but I would not be surprised if he spent a 3rd of his paycheck on alcohol

I anticipate at lot of guys coming unblocked over the next 4-6 weeks. I imagine a very vanilla offensive with many false starts, holding, and heavy running offense. We may see the lowest throwing attempts and yardage. I do look forward to seeing our defense.

With Tunsil and Kilgore flanking him it would be a lot easier to hague how well Deiter plays. But with Tunsil gone, it will be a lot harder to know how many of the pressures are actually Deiter's responsibility.

Glad Googs is being accountable ... but this will get ugly.
