Akbar-Gbaja-Biamila - (OLB) - 4 year pro - 6-5 - 260

ok, some of this guys were rookies last year....and the most of it, are the positions we need to REFRESH, also we have new guys in the roster like akbar, and fonoti, i dont know very well each one of them ....i know they are big and youngs.....so what do you think about them......

any comments allowed.....

any chances to by starters in miami roster??

I think rodrique wright is gonna be a future beast for us..He droped in the draft because of a shoulder tear..The guy didnt know he had one lol...WE got a huge steal IMO

i agree Rod Wright may be starting on the D-line before the year is done.

wright could be, a big thing with him was scouts felt that he took plays off so maybe the whole 7th rd pik thing will leave a chip on his sholder and he comes into camp hungry and focused

I'm not ready to call Joe Toledo a bust quite yet. In fact his potntial remains the same. He was going to start his rookie year but was injured. We had him playing gaurd, but he played TE and then T in college.

I don't think anybody is really sure what this guy can do. He has the tools. The athleticism, the long arms, the strength; but can he stay on the feild and develope and mature???????????

He could be a very pleasant surprise someday, provided he isn't cut because of chronic injuries.

I hope he gets all well this offseason and has a great camp.

fonoti is a beast, i would love to see him make the team next year as a reserve o-lineman.

i didnt know we had a gbaja-biamila, akbar is an awesome name for a football player! he is size wise a beast! i cant believe i didnt know about this kid. hopefully he makes it as a reserve LB.

He was the pick who intrigued me most last draft. But with his college and training camp injuries, I think we may be referring to him as "Glass Joe" pretty soon.

They're on the team for a reason  I think we're definitely looking for Evans, Toledo, Wright and Eckel to make serious impacts during minicamp and training camp. Another player you forgot to mention is Robert McCune, who looks like he was chipped out of metal. All accounts say that he's not the brightest guy, but he's a seriously heavy hitter with speed to boot. At the very least, he may be seen on special teams if he makes it.
