If Ryan ends up tanking in the playoffs every year, anybody would be a better choice, let alone an all pro LT

Yea just like Manning was tanking in the playoffs and magically he somehow tunred it around lol
I'm sure we'll look up in five years having won several Super Bowls with Andrew Luck, while the Falcons continue to fail to win their first playoff game with Matt Ryan.

I guess people forget for as awesome as Manning is and was he has one ring and the best qb of all time in my opinion Marino has no rings.

Which suggests...he is neither top 5, not even top 10.
I suggest the Falcons actually blew it. Matt Schaub has been ranked 7, 7, 9 and 6 this year. He is indeed well above average, much better than Ryan and has less options, and before he was in Houston, they were the laughing stock of the NFL offensively.

Matt Ryan has to have been the next Dan Marino for it to have been a mistake for us to pass on him.
He can't simply be head and shoulders above the quarterback of the future we did take that year. That's not enough.
