He is very blunt. Passionate. Seems forthcoming. Tells it the way it is. All about intensity and being competitive. Definitely different then what we are used to.

Have to trust his judgement on coaching decisions because he is in the locker room. I think he'll do what he has to do for the team that he sees fit.
