You can't make up this stuff. I am no RT fan, but Ryan is like a good backup and Brock is a bad backup. Brock has done this most of his career. He starts out good and the more other teams study him he goes to ****.:lmfao:

No one believes in Brock Osweiler more than Brock Osweiler.

So when he said this on Wednesday, it was completely in character:

“Every single week, in my eyes, is the Super Bowl. Every single week is the biggest game out there because this sport is so special and you never know when you’re going to get another opportunity. So when you do get the opportunity, shoot, I play every single play like it’s my last. I put laser focus on every single play, and I’m playing as hard as I possibly can so hopefully I never have to go back to the bench.”

What’s he supposed to say? This is ending up as being a good opportunity to show he can at least play in the league. I would want to stay on the field too

i dont fault tannehill, brock or even cutler...fales or daughty, either. those guys were/are just trying to make something happen. what bothers me is our leadership thought these were the guys we could win with. oops.

I think he's hot garbage but at least he's got the right mindset.

No problem at all with that attitude, even after his performance against the Bears, we were all saying that it wasn't sustainable. For me grading so far, Good versus Bears (especially considering the circumstances in which he came in, no reps, text on Sunday morning that he was starting), average in the Detriot game (thought he made a couple of good throws for TDs, but in the end 21 points won't win you many games, especially with our D). Poor/awful versus Houston, just not a good outing at all. He's trending downwards right now, that's not a great sign.

For reference I had Tannehill as Average, Poor, Good, Awful, Awful. So honestly not a lot of difference in my view.

I hope Brock plays good enough to warrant not going back to the bench. That means he plays better than he has the last two games. I've seen enough of Tannehill. Osweiler has another week to keep his starting job, he needs to take advantage of it.
