Dolphins release Kendall Fuller and Durham Smythe

The Fuller cut is surprising and disappointing. Kendall has been patronizing my business for the past couple of weeks. I’ve got to know him a little and he’s a really good guy. Hopefully we have a plan here because we didn’t really save anything by releasing him.

I could be mistaken, but alot of these cuts being announced now, are officially post June cuts. So the cap hit will be less. Example is Aaron Roger's cut was announced by the Jets, but it is a post June cut to spread the cap hit.

Biggest issue with Fuller release for me is he just created another roster spot to fill and didn’t need to. Especially for minimal cap savings.

I know the Dead Cap Hit is Bad for Fuller but this might be because He had 2 concussions last year with the Last one keeping him out for the season and Tackling is part of His Job.
