As much as I hate on Chris Grier, I do like to give credit where it is due, and he has really been putting in work lately. He isnt perfect, but I do see improvement on this team. He tenure has not been perfect, but it seems he has righted the ship and that is all I can ask for as a fan. I will take a step back on calling for his head on a silver platter but he has to keep it up. Next step is to completely focus on fixing the oline.

Do what I did… Replay the game against Detroit and watch every play the Baker made - Specifically watch him you can’t miss him… He’s the one with the black shoes most of the time playing middle linebacker. He was so bad, I could not believe my eyes. Guy is slow, no anticipation, can’t make a tackle, takes plays off all the time, he’s a passenger. I dare you to do it…

I am probably as down on Baker as anyone. I think he’s below average at best, and frequently awful. But the coaches clearly think otherwise. He’s one of very few players who play virtually 100% of snaps, and we’ve made no effort to replace him over multiple years.
