Okay, this is a pet peeve of mine and I just have to say something. When you write the plural of a word the ending is "s", not "'s". So, it's photos, not photo's. Photo's is possessive, not plural.

I Believe when Bill Parcells was the coach of the Cowboys, they didnt get a star on their helmet until they earned it. So maybe they are doing the same thing.
