.foolishness. They have some good young WR prospects and have no need for washed up Welker. Wayne probably couldnt make the final roster
 
They may want to check the camp report from today where it looks like Stills and Parker are working they way back and should be back in lineup soon, especially Stills.

They would have been better off talking about the TE depth.
 
I do not see it. I think the receiving group is fine and it seems Stills is close to return.

Yeah that was weird...though I think that article is from 8/14....still it was making is sound like Parker's injury was getting worse.
 
I am not even counting on Parker. No experience. No training camp reps. Deep receiving group on his own team. After thought for me.
 
Poor attempt at make a current story from old news. Yes they said Parker might be out 11 weeks, but that was 11 weeks from the date of the surgery, which was on June 5th. That means we just past week 10. The article makes it sound like Parker will be out another 11 weeks. It also makes it sound like they recently kicked the tires on Welker, but it's my understanding that meeting took place back in April.

Can't wait to see what we are capable of if a 14 play, 85 yard TD drive that covered over 8 minutes is considered being kept at bay.

Really the best approach here. Last time we went through this was with Jordan. And I had my hopes way too high with him.
