Dolphins should have traded for 2nd pick (Colts might take RGIII)

You guys are baited so easily.

The Colts will select Andrew Luck. There is no possibility that they "might" take RGIII.

Go look at RGIII and Andrew Luck against Oklahoma State.

Andrew Luck picked Oklahoma State apart with only Coby Fleener his only legit offensive target.

RGIII struggled and had an NFL ready receiver on the team.

Shhh...

Dammit J, you're gonna dry up the market. I've got this prime oceanfront property in Iowa that I'm trying to unload on some sucker ... Er, I mean, provide a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own for some lucky future homeowner.

even if we had gotten luck, he wasnt worth 3 1sts +...no one is

LOL at the no one is comment.

You can have TEN 1st rounders, as we've had over the past 10 years. And all of them combined don't equal an Andrew Luck.

If you don't have a real QB in this league, you're FINISHED, with zero hope.

3 first rounders ? Are you F'in serious ? Odrick, Vontae and Pouncey can all go to hell if it means I get one Andrew Luck. Those 3 other guys combined will never come close to providing a team what Luck will. You can double it up and have 2 Pouncey's, 2 Vontae's, and 2 Odricks, and Indy would still hang up the phone in your face if you offered those 6 players (and recent 1st rounders) for Luck.

As well they should.

If the Dolphins offered their next three 1st rounders for Luck, it would be a total fleecing, a bargain. A bargain for Miami, not the colts. But of course the Colts would say no because they're not stupid like Miami is

To have a realistic chance of being the best team in the NFL not only do you need to have the QB but you need to get him relatively cheap

Media just trying to create a story where none exists. They did the same thing with manning and leaf. There is no chance the colts take rg3 but that's too boring of a story. Seriously, there is becoming less and less difference between the sports media and the weekly world news.

irsay tweets every day about how he's going to see "u know who in california"

this thing is locked up air tight...barring luck dying b/t now and the draft 0 chance

The Colts' new GM is just trying to look like he's doing his job. They aren't taking Robert Griffin.

No one on the Collts organization has the gonads to buck the universal wisdom and pick RGIII over Andrew Luck. No one.

You can cripple a team so much with traded draft picks or large salaries, you feild a team that can't win a Superbowl no matter how talented the QB. Think Colts and New England after QBs' big payday and any blockbuster trade involving three ones and two twos. (What Dolphins would have had to give ) Washington won't reach ten wins for the next eight years.
