We only cut Roundtree and we placed Akins on IR. I don't think that Roundtree has been the same since that injury he had last year.
 
we've had Ray green on and off this team for the past 2-3 years. hes nothing special.

I wouldn't go as far to say that. These guys that were just signed are not great options, and I am sure someone like Brown or T-Buck can come cheap and bring more experience.

Well Saban must've seen something in these two guys. Hopefully we found some diamond in the rough.
 
this may sound odd, but I do remember Ray Green with playing with us. He really didn't do bad. He was a dime back at the time. He didn't light it up either. But, I did have hopes for him back then. Being 6'3" and 195...he's got great, super great, size for a CB. I think he can actually take Mario Edwards spot...but that may be being cut after ST also..just like Edwards!

Deveron Harper I know nothing about other than his vitals...5'11" 200lbs...that's it...anybody else know anything on Harper?
