Dolphins sign Brandon Albert

One thing you have to admit with Albert, he's motivated to be here. He lives here. He wanted to play for us last season. So it just fits. If we get 3 years out of him, it will have been worth it.

To be honest, even if he moves the narrative of the Dolphins to 'they overpaid for a left tackle' he'll have been worth it.

Sorry, those were Branden Albert's base salaries. Cap numbers are: $4.225M in '14, $10.725M in '15, $10.015M in '15 .. $10.6M in '17 and $11.3M in '18.

That guys biceps are as big as my head! Honestly though it is good to see him in such good shape, doesn't look like one of those guys who will be sucking wind and puking the first week of camp trying to get into shape (Jerry). Love it when football players stay in football shape all year long, as they should.
