The team has signed defensive back Kevin Fogg and waived defensive back Anthony Gaitor.

He was a teammate of Aikens at Liberty. Might be looking for his kick return abilities.

Fogg was invited to rookie mincamp in May but wasn't signed then. He was most recently with the Redskins.

Hey why not see what a speedy db has to offer for returns. Maybe he can be developed too, we can only hope. That is, if he makes the roster

Don't underestimate this kid. He was one of the best return guys in the country last year.

I'll be disappointed if Thigpen is our punt returner again. He was ok when he had room but on the punts he had to make any sort of decision he was terrible. I seem to remember one game in back to back punts he fair caught one at the 5 and let the next one bounce at the 15 or something and we ended up inside the 5 again. Horrible decision making.

Having said that I think Thigpen might be a good receiver and I wouldn't mind him on kickoff returns and/or returnable punts.

Unless we find the next Devon Hester, I think that we need to keep picking guys like this up until we find an explosive returner to change field position on a regular basis. Great, low-risk signing. If he doesn't pan out, he is cut with nothing lost. If he does work out then it's a bonus.
