He's a camp arm, nothing more. I think it's actually good for the Dolphins staff to keep a good relationship with local colleges/coaches to help gather info in the future. If that means allowing Jacory to come to camp and throw a few balls around with some former teammates in Vernon and Miller, so be it. He's not going to make the team. All 4 QB currently here are better.

A source close to Harris confirmed this afternoon that Harris will participate in the Dolphins’ rookie mini-camp next Friday to Sunday, but he has not signed a contract with the team. In fact, Harris will also participate in the Arizona Cardinals’ rookie mini-camp, which is on a different weekend.
