I really like this signing because he's not gonna cost anything. You still need to sign or draft another option, but if Fox can put the injuries behind him he could be more than just a stopgap.
And his trend of not letting them leave, continues. I think Dqwell was the only one that left without signing.
Detroit was also hoping for the same, but he couldn't stay healthy enough to be in the lineup on a weekly basis. Looks like another low to no risk pick-up that hopefully pays off for the Phins. We definitely need a break or two to go our way.

Fox is only 26, 6'7" and 314, a 4th round pick in 2010 from "The U." Last year, he only played 205 snaps, with 116 in pass protect, giving up 1 sack, 1, hit, and 2 hurries, with a +4.0 grade. He struggled on the run with a -7.3 grade bt, most f that was one bad game vs Philly with a negative 5.9.
I like the signing IF he can stay healthy. A VG gamble with his age, and does give us more flexibility in the draft.

Does he have the natural feet and athleticism to play the left side in a pinch?
