Dolphins promote OL Andrew Harline, sign OL Mark Lewis to PS

The Dolphins promoted Andrew Hartline from the practice squad. He takes Matt Roth's place on the 53-man roster.

Mark Lewis is on the P.S. It is indeed Mark Lewis, who was signed to play center and guard. He was cutting down XMas trees when the Dolphins called

I must admit that I did not see them signing another linemen, but sur eenought they have. Mark Lewis was with us during Training Camp, last I heard he was on Seattle's Practice Squad. Fins now have ten Olinemen.

Ok boy small update Andrew Hartline was promoted to the active roster to take Roth's spot while Mark Lewis was signed to the Practice Squad to take Hartline spot.

10/20/09 - OG Mark Lewis had his contract terminated by Seattle.10/15/09 - OG Mark Lewis (released by Dolphins 9/6, from Dolphins practice squad 9/15) joined Seattle's practice squad.09/16/09 - OG Mark Lewis had his contract terminated by Miami.08/16/09 - C Mark Lewis has struggled with his snaps and has had far too many high ones to command much trust from coach Tony Sparano.04/27/09 - Oregon offensive lineman Mark Lewis had a "hectic hour" after the draft, but that hour ended with him as a Dolphin, turning down offers from five other teams. Dolphin coaches told Lewis he will play both center and guard. He started for the Ducks for two seasons at guard and played center during spring ball. He said his decision to sign with the Dolphins is due to his relationship with offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo. The Dolphins saw Lewis on his pro day at the Oregon campus in Eugene, and also brought him to Davie for a visit, though he never privately worked out for them. "I'm hard nosed, I'm hard working and I think I bring tenacity," Lewis said - Kevin Clark, South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Wow. How do these sports stars, actors, and artists sleep at night knowing that a whole lot of people are starving right now, especially with our economy the way it is...? Darn, I guess all that money makes it easy to digest, hahaha.

I read he is getting paid $5000.00 a week still a raise!

He's ugly as sin. I hope he can run great routes. :)
