Dolphins starting Quarterback should be......

Cleo Lemon because he deserves a chance to start. Yes I know that there have been other threads about this but I am bringing it up again because of all the uncertainty about the Quarterback position of the Fins. I bet Lemon plays better than any of the Dolphin QB's in pre-season including Green if we get him. Lemon knows Cam and Cam's system, so he has a jump on his fellow QB's. Lemon is healthy and with some time behind the helm may become a decent starter. Who knows, but I am one Dolphin fan who would like to see him get a chance to be the starting QB and When he beats out the others in training camp Cam will have to give him a shot.:ninja:Ok now you can blast me for the post and one star is cool with me....Go Fins :ninja:

Whoever wins the job. If he wins the job, he'll get his chance. It'll be very interesting to see what happens. It seems like right now there seems to be alot of ifs.
 
It amazes me the things people actually wish to happen.

Cleo Lemon starting is a worst case scenario and it will be a sign that we are indeed in trouble at the QB position once again.
 
great news in ohio........browns eyeing rb peterson....not quinn so we must move up to at least 6 to grab him because minnesota picks 7th.....
 
Cleo doesn't have half the talent as Daunte IMO, if however Daunte isn't able to go and we release him,trade him or demote him I'd be all for Cleo being given a chance to compete.

He may not be far off.

I'm beginning to think Cam would be okay with Lemon starting.

1. We know they (Cam and Mueller) have some issues with Culpepper, it could be injury related or maybe they don't think he is right for the offense. But there is to much smoke for there not to be some truth with this.

2. We know they want Green, but won't over spend.

3. They dropped Harrington like a hot potato.

4. They showed no real interest in Carr.

5. They want a rookie (Quinn most likely, but maybe somebody else in round 2 or 3) to learn and sit a while.

Lemon is a real possiblility that maybe looming over us.

Not saying I would be happy, but it just may happen.
 
What are you all thinking ,really? You want a 3rd string QB to be the starting QB of the Miami Dolphins, and yes he is a 3rd string QB he was with the chargers and he was here last year. Stop saying lets give this guy a chance and that guy a chance, lets just get a damn proven QB! Im not a Trent Green homer but he is a proven QB, yeah he had a concussion last year. Did you see that hit? That would have gave anyone a concussion. Doctors say his noggin is ok now, wheres the problem? If not Trent, Some one PROVEN

you were on the other side of the argument the entire year with a proven horrible QB on your side and a proven great QB on the other.
