This desicion won't be easy

there will be lots of build-up

As long as the qb's name

ends with a River and starts with a Philip!!!!!!!!!


(I really don't want River's in MIAMI. At the time when I wrote this, October'ish, I did. I like posting it up from time to time just to see who can come up with the most wittiest remark.)
