as much as i love carey and i am also a canes fan they shouls let him walk and give that money to a cb
 
they really need to resign Bell and Carey. I would definitely like to keep Crowder but wouldnt cry if he didnt take a reasonable offer. Bell has been a bright spot on a sketchy secondary and he proves he can be everywhere. Plus i like that every time he goes to make a tackle, he is trying to strip the ball. Carey overall has been a solid OLineman and I think it would be stupid to let him go.

Yea you might be right but i was just guessing Daniels since they both played defense so channing would know if hes doing ok or not.

Your insane. Carey may not be a probowler at the moment, but he has the potential to get there. I promise you guys no one will recognize him next year after we do some more fine tuning with the line.

And besides, its not like we're tied down in cap space in any way shape or form. I think we have the most cap room out of any team right now, dont we? So yeah space is definatley not an issue.

thats ridiculous. carey has been terrible. i got a hunch that you dont have sunday ticket and havent been watching the games. i cant partially levy some blame on the rotating RG position, but ive seen carey get blown up 1-on-1 a ton of times this year. no way hes worth what hes going to be asking.

i predict the league will also see what i have, and his offers will be way below what he was expecting. then he resigns with us for a few mil.

Even though Carey hasnt been playing as well as he has the last 3 years im pretty sure another team will over pay him and give him a huge bonus like we did wilford except carey will actually help who ever he goes to. I think Parcells and Ireland think Jordan Gross or someone else will be a free agent and can do a better job than carey for a less amount of money.
 
i'd say with about 80% confidence, ireland does not offer carey a contract. dude is playing himself out of a mil a week right now
