Dolphins' TE coach hired by Louisiana Tech

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Dolphins tight ends coach Derek Dooley has been hired as the new Louisiana Tech head coach.

Dooley has worked the last seven seasons with Dolphins coach Nick Saban, including the first five at LSU. Dooley was with the team in Buffalo for Sunday's game.

The Dolphins refused comment.
