So, Nick Saban, your Miami Dolphins have endured three consecutive increasingly dismal defeats and you're headed back to Baton Rouge for a game against the New Orleans Saints.

And, after a dreadful loss Friday night against Kansas City, you could be headed for your first losing season in 11 years as a head coach.

What might you be telling your players these days to inspire a turnaround?

"Believe in the floaties," Saban said.

Huh? Not exactly "Win one for the Gipper," is it?

"Players have to play with confidence," Saban said. "I told the players a story about teaching your kids to swim. They fight and scream even when you hold them, because they're afraid of the water.

But aren't Dolphins already supposed to know how to swim? ;)
