Denney said wells would have found same behavior in every other nfl locker room and denney never witnessed anything over the line

Denney said he never read wells report but has heard details. Said "this whole thing nauseates me" because it was overblown

Denney basically said Wells was paid by league so he was going to find something.

Denney asked if blamed Martin b/c wouldn't have happened if he didn't leave. "U just answered ur own question."

Denney asked if Martin be welcome in #Dolphins lockerroom. "We'll cross that bridge when we get there."

Where is someone in the media going to do their "own report" and refute things in the Wells Report? Why is Ted Wells the master of things that are wise?

Plus, whoever did a story like that would be very famous nationally. I cannot believe someone has taken this up.

I guess one has to be PC over Martin being bullied.
 
Interesting take on an awkward predicament for Denney. He's technically the voice of both Richie & Martin. Clearly he is - as was the case with every other player - on Richie's side.

Denney, speaking as #Dolphins union rep, said hasn't heard whether union would fight Wells-related suspensions.

Oh no, Denney is exactly right. Ted Wells was paid by the LEAGUE to investigate wrongdoing and reduce the LEAGUE's liability in this.

There is a reason that the NFLPA rushed to perform their own investigation.
 
Couldn't agree more. Well's fed the machine on this one. If something wasn't there the NFL would look awful.

How the hell do grown men bully each other. It simply makes no sense.
 
Pfffft.....truth....who the **** has time for luxuries like the truth? This whole situation was already judged the instant it became public. Truth dont mean ****. The media already made judgment, once it broke. Wells was just a puppet, he was never gonna implicate Lil **** as being equally guilty. Screw truth, don't matter how much proof was shown that **** was apart of it, we'll just ignore that, it dont fit what the media wanted.
 
No Junk we cant stop there. The fact is that Denney knew, as did most all of us, that this was going to be a sham of an investigative report. If you spend 3 months investigating anything you can create whatever firestorm report you want to create. Lets face it, the whole thing was rigged due to being Politically Correct as many have stated. And is just another example of the P****ification of this country!! This behavior goes on in every locker room or male dominated environment I have ever been a part of. Some worse than others of course, but it still goes on. Bad taste, bad manors, bad morals? Sure!! But there is a reason that EVERY PLAYER who has been interviewed has publically stated that they didnt witness any hazing or harrassment...
 
if he didn't read it and doesn't know what is in it how informed can he be about what was said in it? he looks foolish making such a statement.

do I think Miami was much different than other places? no, just like I don't think NE was the only team filming other teams but they got caught and will likely be punished for it. the longer folks like Denney keep commenting the longer the "scandal" will last. the official report is out, we await word on any action by the league and move on rather than dwelling on what was said especially from a guy who says he didn't read it. You may think he's helping your case but in reality he's hurting it.
