Yeah, that just isn't true, 100% posturing.
 
Anyone listening to this interview still think Dennis Hickey is "running" the personnel on this team? LOL. Mike is in charge of all things football.

Context, Hayden. You can use it for your agenda or you can take it for what it is. The entire coaching staff has made comments on the matter.

I do because there was a debate all offseason. Some said that Dennis Hickey was running the 53 because that is what his contract said and the team spat out that concept to the media and fans…yet, everything in front of us was that it was obvious there was a new man in charge in Mike Tannenbaum. I just want people that think somehow Hickey is in charge to listen to this interview and tell me that is the case.

We will never know until someone within the front office writes a book 10 years down the line, wasted debate.

Seeing how no small school kids were drafted this year I'd say yeah Mike is in charge.
